These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Mangomichi. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

1. About us

Mangomichi is a philosophy, music and lifestyle brand operating this online store. You can reach us at any time through the Contact page.

2. Using this site

You may browse, share and enjoy this site freely. You may not use it to harm others, to misrepresent the brand, or to copy our content for commercial use without written permission.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before you pay. We do our best to display colours and materials accurately, but screens vary — small differences are not a defect.

4. Limited runs

Our apparel and accessories are produced in small numbered runs. Availability shown on the site is our best real-time estimate. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Our Shipping Policy page has the full detail.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our Refund Policy explains exactly how to use it.

9. Intellectual property

The Mangomichi name, wordmark, artwork, music, the 21 + 7 = 1 equation and all site content belong to us. Identifying with the philosophy is free and encouraged. Reproducing our designs or music commercially is not.

10. Music and content

Original Mangomichi recordings are for personal listening. You may not redistribute, remix commercially, or use them in your own productions without written permission.

11. Our philosophy is not advice

Mangomichi is a philosophical and spiritual framework. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice. It is a supplement to a good life, not a replacement for professional care. If you are facing health challenges, please consult a qualified professional.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes fall to the competent Dutch courts, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
