Processing time

Every order is on-demand produced and packed by hand on average within 5-10 business days. In high-peak periods this might even take a bit longer. On-demand production is according the mangomichi-concept to avoid waste in the world and to keep the prices as low as possible. 

Delivery times

These are estimates from the moment your parcel leaves us, not from the moment you order. Carrier delays and customs are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and is always shown in full before you pay. We do not add handling fees afterwards.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is collected you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders within the European Union include VAT and have no further charges. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are set by your country and are payable by you on arrival. We cannot calculate or refund these.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or unclaimed, we will reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo where relevant. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

We want you to love what you wear. If a piece is not right, here is exactly how to put it right. Please consider the environmental impact of return as returns requires a lot of energy consumed accordingly.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Condition of returns

To be accepted, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition, with any tags still attached
• Returned in packaging that protects them in transit

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that have clearly been worn.

How to start a return

1. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and which item you are returning.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the parcel back with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, the cost of returning it is yours. If the fault is ours, we cover the return in full.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. We refund the price of the item plus the standard outbound shipping you originally paid. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to change a size or a piece is to return the original for a refund and place a new order — this way you secure the size before it sells out.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is simply not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including all shipping, at no cost to you.

Sale and limited-edition items

Limited-run and archive pieces carry exactly the same statutory rights as everything else. Being limited does not make a piece final sale.
